4th Official Beer Tasting and Pairing Event

The courses and pairings feature:

1 – Hazy Deer ( New England style IPA) Garrett’s Mill & Brewing Co. 6.7% ABV, 25 IBU

Pairing with Smoked Pork Belly - Seared with an IPA glaze over sweet & sour red cabbage with cherries and apples.


2 – Garrett’s Gold (Kolsch) Garrett’s Mill & Brewing Co. 5% ABV, 9 IBU

Pairing with Bayerischer Bierkäse & Brat Sauerkrautbällchen - Bavarian beer cheese brat and sauerkraut balls with a Kolsch horseradish sauce.


3 – Cape Brusader (Scottish Ale) Garrett’s Mill & Brewing Co. 7.4% ABV, 21 IBU

Pairing with Fish & Chips - Potato crusted cod, pan seared with a Scottish Ale reduction.


4 – Ma Barker Birch Beer (Spice Beer) Garrett’s Mill & Brewing Co. 5.3% ABV, 9 IBU

Pairing with Ma Barker Gumbo - Andouille Sausage, Okra, Shrimp and Chicken.


5 – Oatmeal Milk Stout (Stout) Garrett’s Mill & Brewing Co. 4.8% ABV, 26 IBU

Pairing with Fried Ice Cream - Oatmeal Stout Ganache, Maraschino Cherry and Chantilly Cream.
